ACER LIQUID E PLUS SMARTPHONE IN INDIA


Acer has announced the launch of their latest phone, that is the Liquid E as an entry level phone in India and have priced it at Rs.12250. The handset which is the successor to the Liquid E Ferrari, a limited edition phone, has almost the same features and yet priced much less that the other. This is the reason behind the phone being tagged as an entry level handset in the country. According to a spokesperson of the Acer India team, the phone is already for sale in many cities across the country.
The Liquid E is loaded with the Android 2.2version that is Frozen Yogurt. Also, no inputs have been received on whether the company plans to launch this handset with the Gingerbread up gradation later or not. Besides this, the Liquid E Plus will also have the same the configuration as the handset that has been launched prior to it, which is a Qualcomm Snapdragon and an Adreno 200 graphics processor.
 
The handset has a 3.5 inch display with a 480X800 pixel resolution and a 5 MP camera for good quality pictures. Also, a complimentary 8GB SD card will be provided by the company with the Liquid E Plus in the country.
