HTC WILDFIRE S REVIEW

After the huge success of HTC Wildfire, HTC came up with its sequel HTC Wildfire S. The original Wildfire featured a 528 MHz CPU and QVGA display. So, like the Desire S and Incredible S, the company came up with Wildfire S which is fully charged. Most of us are not satisfied with the structure and design of some smartphones these days. Some of the allegations are that the smartphones are getting too big and unwieldy.

But HTC has the answer for this and they gave it through this handset. The new HTC Wildfire S measures 3.99 inches tall and 2.34 inches wide, and it is also slightly smaller than the original Wildfire. The thickest point of Wildfire S measures 0.49 inches and the curved back allows you to grasp the phone with one hand comfortably.

There were some physical flaws in the original Wildfire so it guess Wildfire S has been made with care. The Wildfire S weighs 3.7 oz. The volume rocker has been raised and you will found it on the left hand side of the handset. Four illuminated capacitive navigation buttons can be found and they sure works well.

The display is terrific and it offers you a 3.2-inch HVGA TFT LCD display which is an improvement over is QVGA predecessor. On the rear, Wildfire is loaded with a 5 megapixel autofocus camera which is paired with LED flash and a dedicated loudspeaker. Inside HTC Wildfire S, you will find the powerhouse Qualcomm MSM7227 SoC with a 600 MHz CPU and an Adreno 200 GPU.
